The best way to confirm whether my services are in network and receive a cost estimate is to reach out to your insurance, giving my name, Kassie Love, and my NPI# 1942015136.
I also recommend that you inquire about deductible or co-pay costs associated with the billing codes I use, including 90791, 90837, 90846, and 90847.
For most insurances, I use a billing platform called Headway. You will input your insurance and payment details into Headway before beginning services, and Headway will help to estimate your insurance cost for services. It's important to remember that your insurance provides your estimated co--pay, and it sometimes can differ from the final amount your insurance reimburses. This is why I encourage you to check with insurance, to ensure we both receive the same estimated co-pay.
The fee for cash pay services is $150 per session.
If not using insurance, the cost per session is $150.
Important Notes
The exact cost of services will not be available until the insurance processes claims and issues an explanation of benefits (EOB). However, insurance companies can provide estimates of costs.
While my practice can help estimate benefits, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the benefits.
Deductible and co-pay amounts determined by insurance are due at the time of the session. Scheduling cannot proceed until all fees are paid.
You may want to reach out to your insurance provider to verify that the estimate we receive (regarding your deductible and co-pay) matches the estimate your insurance provides you.
